Bulk oil splashing in sump lubricated gearboxes is a crucial factor, but not easy to assess when using conventional methods. We are continuously striving to improve our gearboxes, looking for new ways of getting more precise information about this kind of oil splashing.  Therefore, we ran tests with modern simulation technologies, leading to amazing results.

Electricity is something the world cannot do without. Thus, independent of the actual pandemic, wind turbines need to work properly. We at NGC Transmission Europe are glad to report that the Covid-19 pandemic only had a very minor effect on our service performance at NGC Transmission Europe last year. Since school closures due to Corona, lessons have been happening online for many pupils. But necessary computer equipment is missing in many cases like at the St. Hildegardis Gymnasium in Duisburg. When NGC got to know about the situation, we checked our internal laptop stock and identified fifteen suitable devices for a donation campaign to the school.
