In August 2023, NGC made its debut at the 9th Shanghai International New Energy Vehicle Technology and Supply Chain Fair exhibiting its drive products for new energy vehicles. 300 industrial media representatives from more than 20 countries visited the 70,000 m² exhibition to get up-to-date on all the latest trends from the 1,000 brands on show.

'Riding the Wind for Mutual Benefit' was the 2023 slogan for NGC Group’s Wind Energy Suppliers Conference 2023. Around 200 domestic suppliers took the opportunity to join the conversation about the future of wind energy with NGC and get to know NGC’s new manufacturing plant.

'Clean Energy' USA held on May 22^nd to 25^th, 2023, in New Orleans, Louisiana was a big success. This well-known event attracted 480+ exhibitors and more than 8,000 professional visitors from all over the world.

Yaw drive gearboxes tend to face mechanical failure because of overload (for example, under extreme wind conditions). Wind turbine shutdowns and potential power production losses are the consequence. As a solution to this issue, the new overload protection technology designed and developed by NGC automatically disconnects the yaw drives from the load after an overload occurs.

Another milestone in NGC's history has been reached: a few days ago, on March 17, 2023, NGC's 100,000th wind main gearbox left the factory in Huai'an Jinhu (China). More than 100 people including wind turbine manufacturers, wind turbine owners and industry experts attended this important event.
